Every one of our sheds have these quality features as part of the professional craftsmanship:

1.  Hand-built on site with selected lumber.

 

2.  Sturdy 2×4 framing throughout the shed (Figure 1).

3.  Floor joists 12″ on center; sidewall studs 16″ on center; rafters 24″ on center (Figure 1).

4.  Double top plate for strength and support (Figure 1).

5.  All wall panel siding is a minimum 3/8″ thick. Standard siding is 5/8″ T-1-11 with grooves 8″ on center (Figure 2).

6.  Roofing includes synthetic underlayment, tar paper, metal drip edge, and self-sealing 35-year architectural asphalt shingles.

7.  Rafters are made using double 5/8″ gussets. Where city codes require, a structural ridge board is used. (Figure 3).
