Custom wood sheds for Southeastern Wisconsin

FAQs

Q: How long does it take to build a shed?

A: Sheds can be built as fast as one day, however, the larger the shed or the more accessories there are the longer it takes.

Q: Do you sell or build “kits”?

A: No. Every shed is built right on site from stick framing, to ensure the highest quality of construction to satisfy your storage needs.

Q: Is a permit required to build a shed?

A: The customer is responsible for getting any permits that may be required. Superior Storage Sheds can supply drawings and details needed to obtain the permit. We can also advise you through the process to make sure it goes smoothly and quickly.

Q: What if my subdivision has a Homeowner’s Association?

A: The homeowner is responsible for getting approval from HOA. Superior Storage Sheds can provide drawings or details needed in order to obtain approval. We can also build the shed to meet any HOA requirements.

Q: Do you build sheds on site?

A: All our sheds are built on site to avoid transporting a completed shed and to be able to put the shed in the desired location.

Q: Do you require all the payment up front?

A: No: we typically ask for a 20% deposit, then a payment when the shed is completed. If there is a concrete slab, we will ask for that payment after we pour it.

Q: Are your sheds built by subcontractors?

A: No. We do all the work ourselves, including the concrete.
