We will communicate clearly about what day we are coming.

Materials are typically delivered a day or two before construction begins.

When we arrive we will say hello and clarify any questions.

We will need a power outlet available the day we build.

Feel free to ask any questions during the building process. We seek to be a friendly and easy-to-approach crew.

We will be conscientious of your yard and your belongings.

We seek to maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

If we do not finish in one day, we always return the following work day unless otherwise communicated.

Order of construction:

• Build and level the floor, if wooden. If concrete floor, we schedule this before the construction.
• Cut doors, rafters, wall studs, and assemble them
• Stand up walls
• Install rafters and sheeting material
• Assemble the front and back walls
• Tar paper and shingle the roof
